"I am writing to express my wholehearted support for the educational comic book and its talented creators, Steve and Mike, with whom I had the pleasure of collaborating. Working with Steve and Mike was an exceptional experience. They were knowledgeable, passionate, diligent, creative, engaging, and fun to work with. Their professionalism and extensive network of connections helped bring our vision to life. They remained committed throughout the project and continue to be available for follow-up requests, eager to amplify the project’s message.
The comic book has proven to be an invaluable asset. It demonstrated our dedication to supporting our customers and providing materials to help them attract and retain patients, which in turn boosts their own sales. Feedback from our customers indicates that the comic book has been well received by patients and their families, effectively reaching young adults and children. It aids doctors in educating families, helps families educate their children, and allows children to educate themselves and become more comfortable with the process. The comic garnered significant attention on social media through its fun and innovative approach to education. We received a lot of feedback, support, and orders, with the illustrator, Mike, also helping spread the message.
The success of this comic book has had a profoundly positive impact on IBA. It has enhanced our brand’s reputation, attracted new audiences, and opened up exciting opportunities for future projects. It garnered massive awareness at tradeshows, with many people asking for stickers, comic books, translations, and places to order. This helped our sales team reach new audiences and opened doors for conversations with key prospects. Overall, the comic book shows IBA’s dedication to the proton therapy community and helps improve brand awareness. I highly recommend a project like this to amplify your company’s message and brand. "

"As a pediatric dialysis nurse, my job goes beyond just administering dialysis- it’s about ensuring my young patients are empowered to manage their health independently, even outside the hospital. It is disheartening to see kids, particularly in their teens, who are non-adherent to their treatment plans because they simply aren’t engaged.
While I acknowledge that there is no simple fix to get kids to take better care of themselves, I do get the best results when I’m able to connect with kids at their level. That’s why I believe a comic book would be a valuable tool in engaging kids in improving their own health outcomes. I also see it as a conversational aid for parents who may not have the words themselves to help their kids understand and adapt to their diagnosis.
I sincerely hope you’ll consider working with Mike and Steve to help not just my own patients, but the thousands of kids on dialysis machines globally, who would find inspiration in learning about their own super powers of self-care."
